SINA designs new facility equipment for the tunnels of the ASTM Group

In order to comply with the regulatory requirements of Legislative Decree 264/06 concerning the modernization of tunnels in the TERN network, SINA has designed new facility equipment for the tunnels of the ASTM Group.

In the context of this project, SINA defined the procedures and the algorithms for the management of the facilities with a view to creating an automatic system, developed and implemented in collaboration with SINELEC and EUROIMPIANTI.

With support from TECNOSITAF for the aeraulic measurements of the air speed, SINA carried out performance and functional tests of the ventilation system of the Montjovet Tunnel licensed to SAV – Società Autostrade Valdostane S.p.A.

The results of the ventilation system test help implement the supervisory system at the license owner’s Operational Control Center (OCC).

The project is now in its operational phase, with start-up activities planned for each of the involved license owners in the Group.
