The Autorità Garante per la Concorrenza del Mercato (Italian Antitrust Authority) has awarded SINA the Legality Rating, which recognizes companies that operate according to the principles of transparency, social responsibility and more generally, ethical principles. The rating given is two stars and two ++ out of a maximum of three stars while the minimum requirement to be listed is one star. The Legality Rating enables Sina, when participating in to tenders where the Contracting Stations adopt it, to obtain additional qualifying points for the awarding of the contract. Only recently has this tool been expanded to engineering tenders.
